I wanted to make a birthday card for my sister-in-law (I think…  She is my husband’s step brother’s wife) who rides bicycle a lot.

So naturally, I wanted to include a bicycle on the card… and she loved it!

I really like the printed card.  It was on sale at Joann’s, but I can’t find it any more… 🙁
